As a seasoned financial executive with more than 12 years of progressive experience, Chris Zaucha is a dynamic professional with expertise in operations, finance and administration, marketing, risk management and communications.  His diverse background and exceptional management skills provide him with the entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and ethical leadership necessary to be a successful member of any organization.

Through performance of his duties as a Vice President/CFO/Controller and a volunteer leader in both the for- and non-profit sectors, Chris has a demonstrated track record of building, growing and sustaining successful organizations.  He is keenly aware of the hard work and dedication that organizations of all sizes require to survive and thrive in varying economic climates.

From 2003-2010, Chris was a Trustee of the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP) and served as Chairman in 2008-2009.  Instrumental to the growth and development of the organization from its inception, he is currently serving a two-year term as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.

A member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) since 2001, Chris has served as a member of the national Executive, Finance, and Succession Planning Committees as well as the Generational Task Force.  He is also actively involved in the Philadelphia Chapter of CFMA, where he currently serves as Treasurer.

Chris is a published author in various industry media, including CFMA Building Profits and ICCIFP Inside the Institute.  He has also been interviewed and quoted regarding his insights on the state of construction industry lending in Engineering News-Record, one of the construction industry’s go-to publications for the latest news and information.  Chris also shares his unique perspectives on leadership, mentoring, time management, volunteering, social media, personal/professional development and other timely topics on his blog, CFO Insights (www.cfoinsights.net).

Chris received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Villanova University, and holds ICCIFP’s Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) professional designation.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, supporting his hometown Philadelphia sports teams, and volunteering as a Little League coach.  Chris resides in Telford, PA with his wife and son.
